Estimates & Contracts

All estimates are based on the scope of work discussed and are valid for a limited time. A signed contract is required for all jobs, regardless of size. Work will not begin until the contract is signed and, when applicable, the required down payment has been received.

Down Payments

Certain projects require a down payment prior to scheduling or beginning work. The required amount will be clearly outlined in the estimate or contract. Down payments help secure scheduling, labor, and materials.

Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, checks, and cash only. No other forms of payment are accepted unless agreed upon in writing.

Payment Terms & Late Payments

Payment terms will be outlined in the contract. Late payments may result in additional fees, work stoppage, or delays in project completion.

Scheduling & Weather Delays

Project start dates and completion timelines are estimates and may change due to weather conditions, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Changes to Scope of Work

Any changes, additions, or revisions to the agreed scope of work must be approved in writing. Additional work may result in added costs and timeline adjustments.

Cancellations

Cancellations made after scheduling may result in forfeiture of the down payment or additional charges, depending on project status and expenses incurred.

Property Access & Utilities

The client is responsible for providing clear and safe access to the work area and for identifying underground utilities, irrigation lines, private wiring, or other hidden items prior to the start of work.

Existing Conditions & Damage

We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, hidden obstacles, or underground items that were not disclosed before work began.

Plants, Materials & Warranty

Plant materials and natural products are not guaranteed unless otherwise stated in writing. We are not responsible for plant failure due to weather conditions, pests, disease, improper watering, or lack of maintenance after installation.

Cleanup & Debris Removal

Cleanup will be performed as outlined in the contract. Removal or disposal of debris beyond the agreed scope of work may result in additional charges.

Safety & Liability

Clients are responsible for keeping pets, children, and unauthorized individuals away from active work areas. We are not responsible for injuries to individuals who enter the work zone during active projects.

Right to Refuse or Stop Work

We reserve the right to refuse or stop work due to unsafe conditions, nonpayment, or breach of contract.

Insurance

We are a fully insured business. Proof of insurance is available upon request.
